OBITUARY Guitarist Flips Car During Race: Photos Available

According to a posting on OBITUARY's web site, the group's guitarist Trevor Peres flipped his race car last weekend during a race. "He was not hurt and only tore up his a little bit!" the postings adds. Check out pictures at this location.

As previously reported, Metal Mind Productions has set a November 27 release date for OBITUARY's first-ever DVD, entitled "Frozen Alive". The DVD, which was filmed on August 24 at the Stodola Club in Warsaw, Poland, will include a seven-camera shoot of the show plus an interview conducted the day before the gig, on August 23. It will be issued as a regular DVD and limited edition DVD+CD. More information is available at this location.

OBITUARY's latest CD, "Frozen in Time", was released in July 2005 via Roadrunner Records. The group's first collection of new songs since 1997's "Back from the Dead" was self-produced by the band, with Mark Prator and Scott Burns engineering, and was mastered by Tom Morris at Morrisound.
